With extensive experience managing agile digital teams, a deep technical background, and a proven track record consulting at Fortune 100 companies and as Head of Product at two startups, Andy brings passion and a lifelong commitment to the work and art of building high-performing product teams.
Andy has worked with clients such as Caterpillar, Stanford, adidas, Chipotle, and the World Economic Forum implementing agile practices to deliver on multi million dollar software engagements. His battle-tested approach to agile incorporates insights from behavioral economics, organizational design, and modern management theory.
Josh Zapin, Principal, PMP, CSM
For over 25 years, Josh’s passion for optimizing systems, practices and processes has led him to foster executional excellence for marquee clients such as Volkswagen, American Express, Crocs, JCPenney, The Athlete’s Foot, Maxtor, IBM, CBS Sports, Steamboat Ski Company, Aspen Dental, Ryder, and many others.
Josh is the leader of the Rocky Mountain Digital Project Managers group and has presented to large audiences at Internet Retailer and the Digital Project Management Summit, in addition to having been a faculty member at Boulder Digital Works. Josh takes pride in his ability to articulate his ideas and is a natural leader for client engagements, training sessions, and workshops.
